Brief Description of Duties / Minimum Requirements: This position is located in Austin, TX and relocation assistance is available. Approximately 20% travel is expected.
This position has accountability for OTS (Operator Training Simulation) development, instructional design, and delivery.
Specific duties include:
- Perform Customer OTS Feed Studies
- Develop entire operator training system with DeltaV simulate, other third party simulation packages.
- Perform OTS Simulation development
- Integrate DeltaV simulate with Simulation packages
- Develop custom OTS curriculum and instructional design to meet specific customer automation needs
- Lead Factory Acceptance Testing with Customer
- Lead Site Acceptance Testing with Customer.
- Deliver OTS training classes to customers
- Deliver OTS train-the-trainer courses
Minimum Requirements:
BS Engineering or Computer Science plus 4 years experience.
