Brief Description of Duties / Minimum Requirements: This position is located in Alpharetta, GA. Relocation assistance is NOT available. Less than 10% travel is expected.

The Project Administrator (PA) supports Project Managers in all aspects of project accounting.

Responsibilities include cost budget and revenue budget entry and tracking, project reporting, commission payment, entering purchase requisitions, customer invoicing, and review of supplier invoices.

This position requires a good understanding of project finances as well as the ability to maintain and analyze project financial spreadsheets.

The PA will work in a collaborative environment with Project Managers, Project Planners, and Technical Lead Engineers.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional presence in communications with all levels of employees throughout the company.
  • Be familiar with MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Listen to and follow instructions.
  • Show very strong attention to detail to ensure all information is captured in the new, standardized format.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written including proofreading and error checking ability.
  • Be versatile, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Oracle 11i accounting system a plus.
