Brief Description of Duties / Minimum Requirements: This position is located in Austin, Texas. This position requires travel up to 25% and accountability for the instructional delivery of Emerson Process Management DeltaV configuration, operations, technician, and systems administration courses.
The successful candidate's specific duties include:
- Presentation of courses to customers, LBP's, and internal company personnel
- Subject matter expertise on DeltaV/PlantWeb
- Maintaining technical competence on DeltaV/PlantWeb offerings as new products and releases emerge
- Working with and giving continuous feedback to curriculum designers for improvement
Minimum Education Requirements:
BS Engineering
Previous Experience/Skills:
- Candidate must possess a high level of communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
- Must have process control knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Previous experience with Emerson products is desired
