  64 Series

The 64 Series adjustable high-pressure regulators offer a wide range of available pressure ranges. They are spring-loaded, self-operated devices typically used to deliver constant reduced pressure of gaseous fluids to pilot-operated controllers and other pneumatic instrumentation.

When equipped with an integral relief valve (Type 64SR), the regulator may be used as a final stage regulator on high pressure systems. It may also be used as a first stage regulator when set at 10 psig (0,69 bar) or less.

The Type 64KB has a special diaphragm protector that makes it suitable for ammonia service. The 1/4-inch FNPT tapped and plugged side outlet can be used to install a pressure gauge or a hydrostatic relief valve.

  67 Series

The 67 Series high-pressure regulators are suitable for liquid or vapor service and are used on a variety of applications—burning torches, heaters, flame cultivators, etc. The compact body design makes the 67 Series particularly useful in installations with space restrictions.

The 67 Series is a basic regulator available with either wrench or handwheel adjustment. The 67G Series is highly accurate and eliminates the need for a pressure gauge on portable applications. Outlet pressure is permanently calibrated on the spring case, allowing visual adjustment of the outlet pressure setting. This unit is ideal for service where gauge breakage has been a problem. The 67Y Series, even more compact, can be ordered with three different setpoints, and is supplied with a nonadjustable outlet setting and a tamper-resistant spring case.
