64SR/122 Series Designed for
large capacity multi-cylinder or tank
installations, these regulators are used on such
applications as bakeries, motels, restaurants,
and grain dryers. The manifold portion of the
assembly consists of two 64 Series regulators and
a direct mounted 803 Series indicator.
For
high pressure (pounds to pounds) service with the
outlet pressure supplied by a Type 64SR that has
internal relief protection.

R110/21 Series This manifold
connects to the inlet of a domestic second-stage
regulator, providing a complete automatic
changeover assembly. A built-in indicator gives
indication of when the changeover has taken
place. The unit supplies an outlet pressure of
approximately 15 psig (supply cylinder) and 7
psig (reserve cylinder).

R120/21 Series Composed of two
67 Series regulators and a special 0-60 psig
pressure gauge, the R120 Series delivers a 45
psig outlet pressure on supply and 30 psig on
reserve. The gauge, which serves as the
changeover indicator, is painted red from 0-35
psig. When the dial reads in the 0-35 psig range,
it indicates that the manifold has switched from
the supply to the reserve cylinder.

 |
R422-CDFPA Series For low pressure
service. The second-stage portion has the drip
lip vent feature and built-in travel stop to open
the internal relief valve.

749B/21 Series Large capacity
changeover manifold for commercial and industrial
applications. It consists of two 64 Series
regulators and a 803 Series direct indicator.
The
assembly is used primarily in conjunction with
either an R422 or a 64SR Series regulator. The
standard outlet setting is 15 psig (supply) and 5
psig (reserve).

R962 Series The R962 Series
eliminates gas outage problems by switching from
nearly empty cylinder to the reserve cylinder
automatically. Gas is withdrawn from the supply
cylinder until pressure reaches about 7 psig. The
changeover manifold then switches to the full
cylinder. A red warning flag appears in the
built-in indicator to show the changeover has
taken place. Additional protection for the vent
may be required for the R962 Series to prevent
wheel spray from blocking the vent with mud on
mobile installations.

R966 Series Available with a
variety of pigtails and mounting brackets, the
R966 Series has a built-in indicator to display
when the chageover is made. Remote visual
indication is available for all R966's by using
the 803 Series.
Gas is
withdrawn from the supply cylinder until pressure
is reduced to approximately 6 psig. A spring then
forces the cam downward, opening the other
first-stage inlet fitting and allowing gas to
enter the R966 Series from the reserve cylinder.
When the changeover (from supply to reserve
cylinder) is made, the cam activates a red
warning flag in the built-in indicator window to
show that the original supply cylinder is empty.
The arrow on the chageover knob can then by moved
so that it points to the new supply cylinder. The
empty cylinder can now be refilled, becoming the
reserve cylinder.
All
R966's have the 3/4-inch FNPT
"drip-lip" vent, making additional
protection of the vent unnecessary except on
mobile applications where road splatter could
block the vent. High capacity internal relief
construction keeps appliance pressure at 2 psig
or below. An extension on the closing cap acts as
a travel stop to open the internal relief valve
under emergency conditions.
