Emerson’s Fisher® Type 846 Transducer Receives CSA Hazardous Area Approval for Use with Natural Gas Medium MARSHALLTOWN, IOWA (August 29, 2003) – Emerson Process Management has announced receiving CSA (Canadian Standards Association) Hazardous Area Approval for its Fisher® Type 846 transducer with natural gas as the operating medium. The

is intended as the medium for operation. In response we have resubmitted
our transducer to CSA and has been tested and has passed the applicable
requirements. A copy of the new CSA certificate for the natural gas medium
