Fisher Controls’ FAST Control Valve FAST PartsParts Service Now Even Faster.

Fisher Controls International LLC announced two new delivery options available for quick shipment of precision control valves spare parts. Using Fisher’s FAST parts warehouses, located in Cincinnati, Ohio and Medway, England, more than $25 million worth of spare parts inventory, representing some 20,000 different part numbers can now be more quickly accessed for scheduled maintenance and emergencies.

The new FAST services include Same Day Door-to-Door service which is the quickest delivery method available for requests made to the Cincinnati parts warehouse. Delivery to the customer site, Fisher Representative office or Fisher Service Company location is made using the next available commercial flight (Same Day Door-to-Door service is only available within North America at this time.) Also, the Next Day Early AM Express service is available for nearly 10,000 US zip codes, with deliveries made between 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. the next day.

In addition to those new express delivery options, customers have a variety of ways to get the control valve spare parts they need, when they need them:

  • Same day counter-to-counter: Spare parts are delivered to the Cincinnati airport for the next available counter-to-counter service to any commercial airport within North America.

  • Next day express service - N.A.: Deliveries are made by noon the next day within North America.

  • Next day ECX service - Europe: Deliveries are made the next day within most European locations.

  • Standard delivery: Normal spare parts deliveries are delivered within seven days worldwide.

  • Same day/next day service from Fisher Service Companies: Spare parts can be ordered from the network of Fisher Service Companies' inventory. Deliveries can be made for same day or next day arrival.

  • Same day/next day service from Fisher Representatives: Many Fisher Representatives and sales offices maintain spare parts. These products may be ordered for same day or next day delivery.

 Emergency Service: Fisher FAST emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.The Fisher FAST program offers customers many options of parts stocking and management. From rapid delivery programs to spare parts inventory and recommended stock levels -- its a service designed to keep a customer's process running efficiently while minimizing downtime and costs.
